Capillaries and veins in the legs
If you have had vein and capillary problems successfully resolved thanks to laser, you must still take certain precautions to conserve the benefits achieved and ensure long-lasting results  over the years.
Try and prevent exposure to heat and overheating of the parts treated as much as possible. Saunas and Turkish baths should therefore be avoided, as well as exposure to direct sunlight during the hottest hours in summer.
Always remember to move your legs a lot and bathe them frequently.
If you suffer from circulatory problems you should eliminate clothing that is too tight, such as elasticized garments, garters, and tight shoes like boots that cause the circulation to stagnate. When at the beach, walk hip-deep along the water's edge, and go for lots of swims. Lose any excess body weight. It's better to have a shower under running water than to take a bath in the tub as this causes vasodilatation. Try and cut down on smoking and alcohol as these slow down your circulation.

Couperose
To prevent another onset of couperose you should continue to protect your face with creams offering high protection against infrared, UVA and UVB rays, and refrain from using sunlamps.
It is advisable to create a barrier against atmospheric agents in the city by using good moisturizing creams and suitable cosmetic products. In fact, when the wind, cold and smog attack the skin they are potential vasodilators. Be careful with your diet too: certain foods (like alcohol, chocolate, salami, and fried or spicy foods) cause inflammation and vasodilatation.

Freckles and sun spots
If you have undergone treatment for spots, freckles, or skin blemishes from too much sun remember to limit sun exposure afterwards, especially during the hottest hours of the day, and take care to protect your face with sunglasses and a hat. It is also a good idea to use a sunscreen in winter as well, just like film stars do. Sunscreen creams should be applied every two hours in summer.

Anti-ageing treatment of wrinkles
In order to prolong the effects of anti-ageing therapy and prevent the appearance of wrinkles it is recommended to take Vitamin A and other anti-oxidant substances (Vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium) during the winter. You should try to avoid all those factors that induce skin aging, like exposure to the sun's rays and atmospheric agents. Daily moisturizing is also recommended.  Remember that the wrinkles around the eyes and especially around the mouth can be accentuated by smoking.
