532nm Wavelength with 8W Power

Thanks to its 8W power, it is possible to treat small blood vessels with a very short pulse. On the basis of the theory of selective photothermolysis, the shorter the pulse the less side effects, such as pain, erythema and redness. With the 8W QuadroStar+ higher fluences can be attained with shorter pulses (e.g. 5 ms) than with a similar but less powerful lasers.
